We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible products. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it within the timeframe and conditions outlined below.
Please note: The refund guarantee is exclusive to the original purchaser or company and cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or allow another person to use the refund rights is invalid.
2. Return Period
• You may return eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• The return period begins from the date the product arrives at your shipping address.
3. How to Initiate a Return

• Full name
• Reason for the return
Our support team will provide detailed return instructions to ensure a smooth return process.
4. Eligible Returns
You may return products for a full refund (minus actual outbound shipping cost) if any of the following apply:
• The item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described
• The item does not meet your expectations and is within the return period
Please note:
• Custom orders, including custom sizes or personalized prints, cannot be returned once production has begun or the item has shipped. Custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
• If you approved a custom image proof before shipment (e.g., portraits or personalized artwork), the item cannot be returned after approval.
• Frames or framing services are generally non-returnable due to high shipping costs, unless the frame itself is defective.
5. Return Shipping
• If you choose to return a product, you are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged upon arrival).
• Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• We recommend packaging the artwork securely, using the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging, to prevent damage during return shipping.
6. Inspection of Returned Items
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions:
• The artwork is in its original condition
• No additional damage caused by improper return packaging
• Includes all original accessories
If the item is approved for a refund, we will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
7. Refund Amounts & Payment
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, calculated as follows:
Refund Amount = Product Price – Shipping Costs (if applicable)
Refund notes:
• The artwork is in its original condition
• Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless caused by us)
• Paid import taxes or duties are not refundable
• The refund guarantee is limited to the original purchaser or company and cannot be transferred to any third party
Please note: Any attempt to share or transfer refund rights to a third party is invalid. Refund requests must be initiated by the original order holder.
8. Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges (e.g., swapping one product for another).
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund first, and then place a new order for the desired item.

• The item is damaged due to improper return packaging
